Terugbetalingsbeleid

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For duffel bags and other larger items, returns are only accepted if the item is completely unused, in original condition, and returned in its original protective packaging. Items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

- Custom or personalised products

- Personal care products

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend contacting us first.
In many cases, we can offer store credit or an alternative solution without requiring you to return the item.

This is often the fastest and easiest way to get the right product.

In cases where international return shipping or customs fees are high, we may offer an alternative solution such as store credit or a partial refund without requiring the item to be returned.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Customs & import fees (returns)

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees incurred during a return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

If these fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to the sender or held by customs, the return will be considered incomplete and no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
