How long does delivery take?
We process every order within 1–2 business days.
Average delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location.

Will I receive a tracking code?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code by email.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

How do returns work?
You have 30 days to request a return.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
Contact our customer support team to start a return.

What if my package is delayed?
Delays can sometimes happen.
Send us your order number and we’ll check the status for you right away.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the issue and contact us.
We’ll review it and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to Belgium?
Yes. We ship to both the Netherlands and Belgium.
