How long does delivery take?
We ship every order within 1–2 business days.
The delivery time is 7–14 days.

Will I get a track & trace?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been processed yet. Contact us quickly if you need to cancel.

How do returns work?
You have 30 days to return the product. The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Please contact customer service to initiate a return.

What if my package is delayed?
Delays sometimes occur. Send us a message with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

What if my product arrives damaged?
Take a photo and contact us. We'll resolve it quickly.

Do you ship to Belgium?
Yes. Shipping times are the same as for the Netherlands.
