Delivery Location

We deliver to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time & Time Zone

Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) are processed the same or the next business day.
Orders placed after 17:00 are processed on the following business day.

Processing Time (Fulfilment)

Our processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Transit Time (Shipping)

Once an order has been shipped, the average transit time is:
7–14 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time

Processing time + transit time = 8–16 business days.
